Custom Fit Soft Armour Vests
Our GX Soft Body Armour is built to protect against bullets, fragments, and a range of shrapnel hazards. Its innovative cut allows for proper placement and overlap, helping ensure coverage stays consistent where it’s needed most. When sized correctly, the armour and carrier won’t ride up around the neck, and there’s adequate overlap on the sides of the torso for continuous protection.
We design our panels to move with you, so you can bend, lean, and reach without restriction. They also accommodate standard duty belts and associated gear without getting in the way. Every LOF Defence carrier system accepts these panels, enhancing operator comfort and mobility in any environment.

Honeywell Gold Flex
At the heart of each panel is Honeywell GoldFlex, a non-woven, cross-plied laminate known for being lightweight and offering strong defense against NIJ threats. It’s especially effective against Full Metal Jacket and steel-jacketed rounds, all while providing a comfortable fit. Our GX Soft Body Armour meets and surpasses NIJ 0101.06 standards, helping law enforcement, military personnel, and VIPs feel secure in high-risk situations.

Waterproof Body Armour
To prevent water damage, each panel is sealed with ultrasonic Rip-Stop Nylon. Available in multiple sizes, the GX series also comes with a five-year warranty from the date of manufacture, reflecting our commitment to reliability and operator safety.

Sizing
Please download and complete our measuring sheet, then email it to sales@lofdefence.com. Accurate, up-to-date measurements are crucial for proper fit—relying on old or estimated numbers can result in delays and incorrect sizing. When measuring, stand naturally so the measurements reflect your everyday posture.
Be sure to read the entire measuring sheet for detailed instructions, as we custom-make each vest to your specifications and do not offer refunds. Production will only begin once we have received your completed form, so please measure carefully to avoid any fit issues.
