Repair Critical Components In The Field 

Adaptive Component Systems™ (ACS™) allow you to replace or repair critical components on your own equipment.  ACS™ allows buckles, hardware and components most likely to wear out to be repaired quickly, in the field, without the need to see a MAT TECH and without any additional equipment or textiles expertise.

In addition to field repairability, ACS™ allows you to customize the platform to be suitable for a wider range of mission requirements. For example, hardware that reflects an IR signature can be replaced with a more suitable option prior to an operation giving you complete control over your kit. We developed ACS™ to directly respond to the experiences and requirements of first responders in the field.

ACS™ has also allowed us to build in a range of interchangeability between certain LOF carriers and components. Instead of purchasing multiple rigs, an operator can configure a single platform for a range of mission requirements - saving time, money and providing the features they need.

In lab tests, IMPACT™ has been shown to reduce the kinetic energy transferred from the plate to wearers body up to 20%, which can greatly increase survive-ability.

Outlast™ Technology We keep you more comfortable in hot and cold climates using Outlast™ Outlast™ is a thermal management technology that helps regulate the body's micro climate by absorbing and releasing body heat as need to maintain a constant micro climate. Thin, lightweight and very effective, Outlast™ is the best option to increase operator comfort, reduce sweat and manage body heat.  Outlast™ is applied to all of our soft armour vests, battle belts and high end plate carriers.
