Constructed entirely using CNC robotics at LOF Defence in Canada, this inner belt features clean laser-cut finishing and precision-stitched bar-tacks for long-term durability. There is no plastic or metal hardware, reducing pressure points and ensuring all-day comfort when layered under an outer system.

Reinforced Core for Support and Structure

Internally supported by a rigid HDPE core, the belt maintains its shape and resists collapse under external pressure. This core offers enough structure to support holsters, pouches, and outer belts while remaining flexible enough to move with the body.

1.5 Inch Tactical Inner Duty Belt - Velcro Adjustment

Full Loop Coverage with Velcro Adjustment

The belt features 360° loop Velcro® coverage for maximum compatibility with outer belts, including our COBRA® and Assaulter Battle Belts. A hook Velcro® tab secures the tail end of the belt and allows for easy sizing adjustments. This makes the 1.5" model an ideal velcro inner belt solution for compact gear setups and low-profile configurations.

Alternative Inner Duty Belt Options

We manufacture two widths of Inner Duty Belts to accommodate different user needs and pant styles. The 1.5" Inner Duty Belt is ideal for pants with smaller belt loops or where a lower-profile setup is preferred. For users wearing tactical pants with wider loops—such as UF Pro, Crye Precision, and some 5.11—we recommend the 2.0" Inner Duty Belt for added support and stability.

Lead Times

Due to the high demand for our products and strict in house manufacturing we have limited stock available and many of our products are made to order. If your order is in stock it will be picked and shipped right away. If it needs to be manufactured, lead times may apply.
